I use 5/4" Southern Yellow Pine for the blanks, approx size 10.5" T x 21" L. I hand paint the blank with a high gloss, exterior paint.
The numbers as shown are 3 1/8" Tall, lettering 2" Tall, please note the letter size may be reduced depending on the number of characters you want, other fonts are available. See font chart below.
